Dividend policy

Aker ASA‘s objective is to pay annual dividends of 4-6 percent of the company‘s year-end Net Asset Value (NAV). The dividend policy is rooted in a balanced approach to capital allocation, maintaining a solid balance sheet, liquidity reserves adequate to handle future obligations, preserving financial flexibility and investment capacity, while delivering consistent returns to shareholders.

Proposed dividend in 2025

Aker ASA's Board of Directors has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2025, to pay an ordinary dividend to Aker's shareholders of NOK 26.50 per share for the fiscal year 2024, and that the Annual General Meeting authorizes the Board to adopt an additional dividend during 2025 based on the 2024 annual accounts.

Announcement of dividends

Aker ASA will publish the proposed dividends from the Board of Directors in connection with the publication of annual results. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is responsible for the approval of the proposed dividends.
